- Our delivery agent will open the package in front of you at the time of delivery.
- You are required to inspect the product thoroughly before accepting the order.
2. Immediate Return Process:
- If you find any defect, damage, or incorrect product during the inspection, you may return the item immediately to the delivery agent.
- The agent will take back the product and initiate the return process on the spot.
3. No Returns After Acceptance:
- Once the package has been accepted and the delivery agent has left, no returns will be entertained.
- We encourage customers to carefully check the product before confirming receipt.
4. Exceptions:
- In rare cases of a manufacturing defect that was not visible at the time of delivery, you may contact our customer support at contact@wowzee.in within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.
5. Refund Policy:
- Approved returns will be processed for a replacement or refund as per our internal review.
- Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
